This guided meditation for calmness is a 5 minute rebasing that you can use to invite calm thoughts into your mind. This will invite you to explore quiet turbulence, through breathing and visualising a calming scene.

Regular meditation techniques also produce beneficial effects upon the body including increased endorphin levels and a reduction in blood pressure, as well as a reduction in subjective stress.
